Student Trustee

     Randi Lynn Veenstra will be entering her fourth year in the Student Government. She started her career her freshman year as a Senator-at-Large. Her sophomore year she ran and won a position on Cabinet as Vice President for Equity and Diversity. Continuing her time on Cabinet, Randi Lynn ran for Alternate Student Trustee (AST), a two-year position that would offer her the chance to sit on and eventually vote on the Board of Trustees. Having served as AST in her junior year, Randi now begins her tenure as the Student Trustee, and only voting student member of the board.
     Apart from Student Government, Randi Lynn is a History major with a Law and Society Concentration and Religion minor. She is a College Ambassador and previously worked as a Community Advisor for Travers Hall. Additionally, she is a sister of Sigma Kappa Sorority and serves as Executive Vice President. She hopes that again this coming semester she will be able to serve as a tutor at the Albert C. Wagner Youth Correctional Facility in Bordentown, NJ.
     In her spare time Randi Lynn loves to bike, watch movies with her boyfriend, and is trying to make skiing a consistent hobby. She has tried to take up knitting, and after having failed at it twice now is hoping third time’s a charm. Doing her best to keep her figure, Randi also hates loves to work out by running the loop at the college. When she is back home in Green Pond, NJ you will most likely find her on the tennis court with her mom, or playing with one or more of her five beautiful nieces and nephews.
